Tara Coleman
Hi, I'm Tara, and my journey to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been a winding one. I was born and raised in California, served in the U.S. Coast Guard, studied abroad, and have three adult daughters.
My professional background includes working for a non-profit, providing therapy in residential, outpatient, and private practice settings.
I completed my MSW at the University of New Hampshire and have had the privilege of providing mental health support and counseling to individuals from all walks of life.
First session
In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story is honored, and your strengths are recognized. We'll talk about your goals, answer any questions you have, and begin building a foundation for meaningful, personalized work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once, this is your journey, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and burnout, address intimacy challenges, sexuality and life transitions , while building self-confidence and clarity through growth.
