First session

During our first session you can expect to "exhale" in a safe, nurturing, and affirming environment. You will be heard, respected and receive unconditional positive regard with a therapist who is genuine, authentic, trustworthy and reliable.

Just had my first appointment with Lisa, I had quite a list of things that I wanted to touch base on and she was amazing.
