First session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit to work together. From there, together we will craft a plan to move forward and take actionable steps in the first session.
Strengths
As a therapist, I cannot promise results, but I can promise that each session will be an opportunity for you to learn more about yourself through awareness, acceptance, and a willingness to explore and evolved you!
Ideal clients
My work will resonate with a variety of clients who are willing to harness their awareness into action. Clients who are navigating the transitions of life, feeling a lack of personal purpose, or those who need motivation in making life decisions will benefit most from my approach. I believe that therapy should be fluid and not rigid, working in brief series rather than long term stretches, as it is important to practice what is explored. I want my clients to feel empowered to return whenever they want guidance rather than feeling obligated to attend weekly sessions if not necessary
Treatment methods
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation is a broad term that helps inform clients that throughout sessions, resources and skills will be offered to help you navigate your journey.
Integrative
My approach as a therapist is to treat the whole person. During sessions, I work with clients to help them understand the importance of honoring the mind, body, and spirit or purpose of the individual. Throughout sessions, various modalities will converge to optimize personalized outcomes.
