My biggest strengths as a therapist is my ability to listen, to be patient, to be non-judgemental, to be observant, to be respectful and to build trust with others.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have been using a strength based approach for several years. It includes a combination of solution focused brief therapy, psycho-education, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and talk therapy. I use a strength based approach in my practice most often to address anxiety and other life challenges. For example, CBT is one type of a strength based approach that helps clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their mood. We’ll also use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
