I have a mixed style of CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative focused interventions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I truly enjoy working with both my individual clients and couples. With individuals we really get to dig deep into thinking ad behavior patterns, how generational cycles affect current behaviors and highlighting what shines individually about each one of my clients. As for my couples it is always interesting gaining the perspectives and experiences from both sides utilizing sex therapy, CBT, and creating a team mindset.
