About me

Hi! Thank you for being here and taking the first step to internal healing. You may look like you're holding everything together, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, anxious, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift. If this sounds like you, you're not alone and you don't have to navigate these feelings by yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides a warm, thoughtful, and grounded therapeutic space for adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that no longer serve them. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering so you can feel heard, understood, and gently challenged to grow.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will get to know each other in a relaxed and supportive environment. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once. The first session moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of how I work, what our therapy process may look like, and next steps moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident about whether this therapeutic space feels like the right fit for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I work with you to build insight, develop practical coping tools, and increase emotional awareness while honoring your own lived experiences, values, and goals. During sessions, you can expect someone who will listen without judgment, someone who challenges your thinking, and pushes you to reach your full potential. Clients often describe my approach as warm but demanding, thus allowing them to leave every session better than it started.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I value authenticity, self-reflection, and creating a space where you can show up fully as themselves without judgment. I am especially passionate about supporting adults managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, symptoms of depression, and burnout. If you are experiencing any of the concerns mentioned, you do not have to deal with them alone. Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

During therapy, I often utilize CBT to support clients in identifying how their thoughts influence their actions. Many times, our thoughts are the starting point in the outcome of our experiences. Through this treatment model, clients are able to challenge any negative thoughts, thus leading to a more meaningful life experience.
