New to Grow
For 18 years, I have worked alongside children and adults navigating some of life's hardest moments: anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and more. I believe that when you invest in your mental health, you gain more control over your own life, and that is something worth working toward together. I am dually licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, which means I bring a depth of clinical experience across many settings. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy, I meet you where you are and help you build toward where you want to be.
What you can expect during our first session is getting to know one another. Our first session is the start of our relationship with one another. I want to know what your goals and expectations are from me and from therapy. By the end of our first session, I would love for you to be able to feel as though you made the right choice and ready for the journey.
My greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients easily through being myself in every session and meeting you were you are in your current situation. I am very passionate when it comes to working together to ensure that you are able to get what you need no matter current circumstances. I want to ensure that before each session ends that I am offering the clients tools that they can use immediately in their daily lives. I believe that everyone should have the option of therapy and that time should not be a barrier, is why I offer evening and nightly sessions as well.
I work well with clients facing many different challenges in their lives. From home, work, classroom, and community. I work well with clients who maybe dealing with symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or struggling with low self esteem, anger, family conflict. Whether it’s you, a couple, or Family, I want to work with you to get you back to your normal. Whatever that looks like to you. Every day can bring new challenges: some you can face on your own, and some where having a partner makes all the difference. I will support you, and I will also challenge you, because I believe honest, collaborative work is where real change happens. You do not have to face this alone.
