I am a California licensed marriage and family therapist with over ten years of experience. I help young adults, adults, and seniors manage anxiety, substance use, depression, and daily stressors, including those related to work. My role is to support you as you navigate mental and emotional challenges, explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and promote healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.

During our initial session, we will begin with short introductions and then delve into the specific challenges you are encountering. Depending on the circumstances, we may conduct some assessments. This will enable us to develop a personalized plan to address in subsequent sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Given my ten-plus years of experience in the mental health and substance use disorder field, many of my clients have expressed that their therapy sessions don't feel like traditional therapy. I believe it's crucial for patients to feel listened to and to know that their individual symptoms and concerns are being taken into account.
