About me

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor dedicated to promoting healing and growth through a personalized, multidisciplinary approach. Understanding that each individual is unique, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs of my clients, recognizing that what works for one may not apply to all. I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting rapport and establishing a collaborative therapeutic alliance, where we work together to create lasting change. I firmly believe that every person has the potential to shape and develop the life they envision, and my role is to guide and support them in this process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll begin by gathering some basic demographic information and learning about your personal history, as this helps me understand the context of your life and experiences. However, most importantly, I’ll offer you the space to share anything that’s weighing on your mind or heart. I believe this initial conversation is an opportunity for you to express what’s most pressing, allowing us to begin building trust and a strong foundation for our work together. It’s a chance for you to be heard and for me to learn how best to support your healing and growth moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a mental health therapist, I bring a unique blend of insight, compassion, and strategic challenge to the therapeutic space. One of my greatest strengths lies in my ability to identify and amplify the inherent strengths within each client. I help individuals recognize the power they already possess, fostering self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. I offer genuine encouragement and hope, creating a safe and supportive environment where healing and transformation can occur. My approach is both empathetic and empowering—I walk alongside my clients, while also challenging limiting beliefs and thought patterns that no longer serve them. With a strong intuitive and clinical lens, I excel at identifying patterns and recurring themes within a client’s life. By helping individuals string together experiences and piece together behavioral patterns, I support them in connecting the dots and gaining deeper clarity about their thoughts, feelings, and choices. This process often leads to powerful insight and lasting change. Through thought-provoking questions and reframing techniques, I guide clients toward new perspectives, deeper self-reflection, and meaningful breakthroughs. My goal is to help clients see themselves and their stories through a new, more compassionate lens, which often unlocks emotional healing and personal growth. Grounded in trust, safety, and respect, I create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued—while also being gently pushed toward their highest potential.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individual adults who are motivated to heal, break free from feeling "stuck," and create meaningful change in their lives. My clients are often driven to overcome obstacles, heal from past traumas, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. They are introspective, open to gaining insight, and curious about themselves, ready to explore and experience shifts in their psychological, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual well-being. These individuals are committed to growth and are eager to experience something different, making them ideal for the collaborative, transformative work we’ll do together.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

A Humanistic approach lends itself in developing, building, and maintaining a strong and supportive therapeutic alliance.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This approach is helpful to create new thought and behavioral patterns.

Polyvagal Therapy

This modality is beneficial to help clients become intimate with their own nervous system, which helps improve depression, reduce anxiety and heal trauma.

Mind-body approach

I use various modalities and techniques that encourages awareness and connection with self. I believe in working with the "whole" of the person, which extends beyond the mind.
