About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2011. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and life stressors / transitions along with those looking to gain greater self confidence, establish better boundaries and improve their relationships. I provide both in person and virtual 60 minute sessions. I have office space in Albany, NY. I will provide you the support, encouragement and feedback needed to take the next step in your life. Together we will work through your life challenges and obstacles. It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards a happier, healthier life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first 1-2 sessions, I will create a space to explore "your story" including experiences and important people in your life growing up into adulthood. By end of 2nd session, we will begin to establish goals for therapy and how to best utilize our time together.
