Hello, thank you for taking an interest in my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide therapy through an online platform. I specialize in working with the military, veteran, first responder populations and their families. I am trained to support adults and healthy aging. I became a therapist because I saw the stigma around attending treatment and thought I could help people feel comfortable in their decision to begin their therapy journey.

During the first session, we will complete an assessment, which involves a lot of personal questions. I will guide you through the most gentle but direct approach so we can create a safe space and get started on your healing journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Before becoming a therapist I served 21 years in the Army. I have also worked in law enforcement, the court system, and for the VA. I am well versed in reading their documentation, navigating their apps and websites, and assisting with disability ratings.

I specialize in assisting adults and couples who have encountered seasons in their lives that need exploration and healing; particularly military, veterans, first responders, and their family members. Trauma can be the cause of many ailments, emotional and physical. I have over ten years of experience working with trauma survivors and will work with you to determine the best course of treatment.
