I love working with people who feel drawn to explore their inner world, who sense there’s something meaningful waiting to be discovered but aren’t sure where to start. They long to feel more connected to themselves and others, and are looking for gentle guidance to help them get there. They want to understand the heart of what keeps them stuck in old patterns and finally feel the freedom of being their true selves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to begin our sessions with a brief mindfulness check-in, gently guiding you to turn toward your present-moment experience with curiosity and compassion. Over time, this practice not only strengthens your own capacity for mindfulness—deepening self-awareness and emotional regulation—but also helps us attune to what most needs care and attention that day. From there, we may explore a current challenge that feels unresolved or overwhelming, or move into deeper work around trauma and longstanding patterns. Depending on what feels supportive, we might use guided imagery, gestalt-based dialogue, or expressive arts approaches to help you access and process underlying dynamics in a way that feels creative, embodied, and meaningful.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel called to this work because of the profound healing that occurred in my life when I learned how to reconnect with my inner child. That relationship transformed the way I understand mental health and wellbeing—and it continues to shape the way I show up with the people I work with.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or chronic stress, wanting relief but not always knowing where to begin. Some are hoping to become sober from substances or other patterns that no longer serve them. Others are navigating relationship challenges, carrying unresolved pain from the past, or sensing a deeper spiritual longing and desire for growth. Together, we create a space that is compassionate, grounded, and transformative, where healing can unfold at your own pace and in your own way.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based approaches to help you gently become more aware of your inner experience—your thoughts, emotions, and sensations—as they arise. Together, we build your capacity to stay present with feelings that may feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, in a way that feels grounded and supportive rather than retraumatizing.

Gestalt

I draw from Gestalt therapy to help clients become more aware of the different parts of themselves—such as the inner child, inner teenager, inner critic, or protective parts that developed in response to trauma or adverse experiences. Through this work, we gently bring these parts into conscious awareness and begin building a more compassionate, integrated relationship with them. Healing emerges as you learn to respond to yourself with greater understanding, care, and intentional “reparenting” — offering the support and guidance that may have been missing earlier in life.

Transpersonal

Transpersonal therapy involves exploring the spiritual dimension of human experience as it naturally arises in everyday life. This approach supports clients in reflecting on meaning, values, and purpose, and in considering how personal experiences may connect to a larger sense of self or worldview.
