In the first session, there will be introductions and an assessment. The assessment will capture any underlying health concerns and development. We will discuss your reason for attending therapy and the goals you desire to achieve. From there, we will collaboratively create a treatment plan to guide future sessions.

I had my first session with my therapist and honestly it was such a comforting experience. She was very warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable opening up almost immediately, which is rare for me. I talked through the entire session without feeling judged or pressured, and she created a really safe space for me to express myself. I’m really looking forward to continuing therapy with her.

I was initially drawn to her warmth in the photo and bio and found it to be wholly true upon our meeting. She is kind and uplifting and very personable. I felt quickly like I had known her for a while rather than just meeting. I look forward to our sessions!
