About me

I’m a therapist who believes in meeting you with warmth, respect, and genuine care right where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, talk openly, and feel truly understood. I hope to support you in finding steadiness during difficult times, strengthening your confidence, and helping you reconnect with your own resilience so you can move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a gentle starting point—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what’s been weighing on you, and what led you to reach out. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. Together, we’ll begin to explore what you’re hoping for and what support might look like for you. Most importantly, my focus is on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and respected, so you can begin this process at your own pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in your ability to offer genuine empathy, create emotional safety, and meet people exactly where they are without judgment. I bring a steady, grounding presence that helps others feel supported and less alone, even in difficult moments. My focus on encouragement and building on clients’ existing strengths allows them to feel capable and understood, rather than overwhelmed or “fixed.” I also have a natural ability to balance compassion with gentle guidance—helping clients move forward while still feeling deeply cared for. That combination can have a lasting impact, fostering resilience, self-trust, and meaningful change over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I tend to connect most with clients who have lived a lot of life and are finding themselves in a season of change. I really enjoy working with older adults who bring depth, insight, and meaningful life experiences, and who may be navigating transitions like retirement, shifts in identity, loss, or redefining their purpose. I’m also drawn to people who feel “in between” stages of life—those moments where things are changing and it’s not always clear what comes next. I value being a steady, supportive presence during those times, offering a space that feels calm, respectful, and grounding. My goal is to help clients make sense of where they are, honor their experiences, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.

My treatment methods

Supportive

I use supportive therapy because it creates a safe and compassionate space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. It allows me to walk alongside them through life’s challenges, offering empathy, encouragement, and practical support while honoring their unique strengths. This approach helps clients feel nurtured, regain a sense of stability, and build confidence in themselves as they navigate difficult moments.

Naci was very open minded and Authentic. She listened to me, and also asked many questions and also wrote down a lot of notes. Asked about my immediate family. Also asked about my parents. So I felt very comfortable sharing my information. She also confirmed that everything said in her therapy sessions stays in her therapy sessions. None of my stories, and or experiences will be share with anyone. So I felt very comfortable when I left, and cannot wait until the next session.
