Hello and welcome to your journey of healing! My name is Shandria R. Woodall and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings and with diverse populations. I have worked with several non-profit organizations, in the school setting as a school-based therapist, in the child-welfare system and in private practice.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I use a variety of techniques to help you heal, grow and become a better version of yourself. These techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Art Therapy, Expressive Arts and Sandtray Therapy to work with various mental health disorders such as, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD. I am delighted to help you move forward in your mental wellness journey and I look forward to working with you.

Being able to connect with and establish rapport with my clients is very important to me. "People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care." I believe when I can connect with my clients, I can provide them with a safe, nurturing and caring environment for healing.
