You will learn how to understand your patterns so you can begin to implement real and lasting change.

Integrative
I heavily operate from a trauma informed lens to look at your history and its impact on your current functioning and nervous system responses. I integrate attachment work to further understand relationships with yourself and others. I also implement aspects from a cognitive behavioral perspective where we explore how your thoughts affect your emotions.
