I work primarily with adults who feel overwhelmed or dysregulated and may struggle to put words to what they’re experiencing. Using mindfulness-based techniques, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, and CBT/DBT tools, I help clients build balance, clarity, and emotional understanding. I am also experienced in providing group support for populations who have endured traumatic events which require critical incident responses. I also have experience assisting companies who are facing reduction in force.
Your safety and privacy are paramount. We will spend a few minutes checking in with regards to your welfare and your confidentiality. It is helpful for me to know what you are looking for in therapy. If you need a level of care beyond my training, I will follow ethical guidelines and refer you to the appropriate party. My clients tell me I am kind, professional and easy to talk to.
My background includes school counseling, inpatient and residential treatment, crisis services, critical incident response, career counseling, vocational rehabilitation, and collaboration with law enforcement. This diverse experience allows me to support individuals across many settings and life transitions.
I am currently working with clients ages 18 and up. Clients come to be when struggling with life transitions, grief, traumatic experiences as well as with emotional maintenance. Clients often learn their presenting issue is only the first layer. I encourage clients to peel the layers back and be intentional about noticing what this process unveils. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and inclusive space for clients to explore at their pace.

I talk with clients about their stressors, gauge level of distress and discuss distress tolerance skills. If able, I work with clients to identify other times in their lives they felt similarly, where they feel that in their body and what they know about that feeling.
I help clients see the multiplicity of their thoughts and identify different parts of them who are showing up. What part of yourself is sending you that message? What do you want to say to this part?
