Hi, I am a LMHC and received my PhD in marriage and family therapy from Nova Southeastern University. My niche is eating disorders and my passion. I have worked with this population for 17 years. I believe meeting my clients where they are at has allowed me to collaborate with them and assist them in reaching their goals.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I will lead with introductions, followed by answering any of their questions, and that will lead to a complete assessment. I like to hear their life story firsthand from them. I will ask curious questions to develop a treatment plan that will assist client in reaching their goals.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I utilize a collaborative and systemic approach to working with clients. I believe in considering all aspects of a person, including the emotional, physical/medical, cognitive and relationships. I treat people with various problems, including depression, anxiety, grief issues, eating disorders and relationship problems.
