My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can fully express yourself, gain insight, and take steps toward whatever your goals are. I'm focused on collaborating with you to foster their self determination and agency to support their most authentic and genuine growth and change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As your therapist you will be able to work with someone who has been in your shoes before- someone who was struggling, who went to treatment, and who has been able to make it to the other side. I blend my experiences as a former client and a current therapist to provide a safe and validating, but also challenging space to be able to do the work to live a life you're proud of.
