What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My first session will consist of me getting to know clients and allowing them to get to know me as well. We will then discuss their reasons for starting therapy and identify the goals that they would like to work towards during this process.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My strengths include being genuine, consistent, building relationships, boundary setting, introducing effective coping skills/communication, and helping my clients work towards their goals.
