I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years experience in community based mental health. I am based in California but also licensed in Idaho. I provide culturally sensitive treatment to diverse client populations including teens, adults, and older adults. My experience is with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, loss, grief, perinatal depression and post-partum depression. I primarily work with youth, adults and older adults.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

On our first session, I hope to help you grow in understanding and insight into what you are dealing with to begin the healing process. I am here to provide a safe and supportive non-judgemental environment. I will listen to your needs and this will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in future follow-up sessions.

My greatest strength is listening with the goal to create a safe place where you feel comfortable sharing your hurts, struggles and trauma.
