I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings. I'm currently working with individuals while taking a holistic (mind, body, and spirit) approach to helping clients heal, repair, and grow. I help clients achieve integration towards a more authentic version of self. I often work with clients navigating concerns in their relationships, intersecting sexuality and spirituality, and survivors of trauma. I empower client’s when identifying their personal strengths and areas for potential while building a genuine, therapeutic relationship. I join clients in their unique journey while utilizing effective grounding practices, trauma-informed care, attachment healing, and strengths-based techniques with clients.
