Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you with warmth and expertise. My ideal therapy client is someone who has a genuine curiosity about themselves and their patterns, someone who is open to self-exploration and committed to their personal growth. Someone who engages in honest and reflective conversations about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe in meeting you where you are, with empathy and understanding. Your experiences are valid, and together we’ll work towards a path that feels authentic to you. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and valued, allowing you to explore your thoughts and emotions with confidence. I am human, just as all of you. I enjoy spending time with my family/friends/dog, a good book, a long walk with a true crime podcast, and taking care of my plants.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will guide us in gathering a comprehensive history of you - taking the time to really understand your background and what prompted you to seek therapy. I will gain an idea of the struggles you are facing and together we can collaborate on a treatment plan to best fit your needs. I know therapy can be intimidating, so we can go at your speed and create a relaxed enviornment while we get to know eachother.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My ability to blend different therapeutic modalities—whether it’s cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, or narrative therapy—allows me to address a wide range of issues and adapt to what works best for each client. I use cognitive-behavioral- therapy, mindfulness exercises, role-playing, and journaling exercises. I also believe in the healing power of moving our bodies and spending time in nature. There are many different tools and treatment methods used in therapy but I believe it depends on the individual when determining which would be most beneficial.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are being non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I excel in creating a space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My empathetic listening helps clients feel validated and supported, which fosters a deeper therapeutic relationship and encourages open, honest dialogue. I also have a passion for continous learning. I am committed to staying informed about the latest developments in mental health and therapy practices. This dedication to ongoing learning allows me to incorporate new insights and techniques into my practice, benefiting my clients with up-to-date knowledge and methods.
