If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that human connection is essential for healing from trauma and staying on top of whatever life can throw at you. You might find yourself in a situation where you feel alone and like there’s no one reaching out their hand, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m here, and I’m ready to walk hand in hand with you throughout your healing journey.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I know how hard it can be to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you’re at your lowest, but I promise you it’s there. These issues are seldom present in isolation, and it might take a helping hand for you discover what you need to work through. Depression and anxiety can appear in short term bouts, or they can be present for a much longer period in our lives. I’m here to guide you through the emotions you’re feeling, and help you practice mindfulness and self-love.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Self-love is so, so important to me. Looking after yourself is a wonderful reward on its own. However, if you feel like you’re struggling to hold yourself afloat, I’ll be your cheerleader while you find your feet. Reaching out to others for help in your healing process is an essential act of self-care, as it allows you to work through your feelings in a safe and empowering environment. Changes in life phases can also signal a need for guidance. I understand how stressful it can be moving between difficult situations and feeling yourself and your circumstances change as you go. You might be afraid of newfound independence as a young adult or coming to terms with losing independence as you get older, or maybe your whole life is changing as a result of divorce. No matter what you’re going through, or however you’re feeling, you never have to be alone.
