My therapy practice is relationship-based, insight-oriented, strength-focused, and supportive. I have worked with many women in their various roles who feel overly-stressed, under-appreciated, misunderstood, disorganized, unsupported, and/or lacking in direction. I have also taught special education and Social Emotional Learning curriculum, advocated for families with children who have disabilities, and presented parenting workshops.
