My name is Mary Blue and I am a therapist who helps adults navigate relationships, attachment struggles, anxiety and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, direct, and tailored to your unique needs--whether that means exploring deep emotions, challenging old narratives, or developing practical coping tools. Therapy with me is a space where you can be real, feel supported, and work toward lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we'll start by getting to know each other in a way that feels comfortable to you. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once--this is a space for you to move at your own pace.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my ability to create a space where clients feel both deeply understood and gently challenged. I balance warmth and directness, helping clients explore difficult emotions while also encouraging real change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with clients who are struggling with relationships, attachment wounds, anxiety and depression. My clients are often deep thinkers who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them-whether it is difficulty with vulnerability, fear of abandonment, or uncertainty about their next steps in life. Many of my clients are navigating dating, marriage, break ups or relationship challenges, while others are working through personal growth, self-worth, and identity shifts.
