Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults of all ages navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, job and career stress, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can develop the tools and strategies needed to improve their mental health, build resilience and achieve personal growth.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then discuss the reasons for seeking therapy, current challenges and goals.
I provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. By tailoring my approach to each individual's needs, I empower clients to build self-awareness, develop practical strategies, and foster confidence to navigate life's challenges.
My clients are actively engaged in the therapeutic process. For example being open and honest even when it's uncomfortable. Proactive in practicing therapy tasks such as homework or practicing skills outside of session. My clients understand that progress may include setback but remains committed to the process. I love working with clients who are ready to take that first step towards self-improvement and are committed to the journey, no matter how challenging.
