First session
Our first session is a chance for me to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope will change. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin identifying what may be keeping you stuck and where you’d like to go from here.

Trauma-Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients safely address painful experiences and the patterns that can remain long after them. My training in Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction helps clients process unresolved experiences and move toward greater emotional freedom and well-being.
