Hello, I’m Sharon Hill-Anderson, LMFT. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can begin your journey toward healing and personal growth. I value open, supportive, and non-judgmental conversations. My style is rooted in active listening, ensuring you feel heard and understood. This space is for you—to reflect, explore, and grow at your own pace.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background and what brings you to therapy at this time. From there, we’ll begin the process of identifying your goals and shaping your therapeutic journey together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I came to this field later in life after undergoing my own healing journey. I also spent several years working in mental health crisis settings, where I supported individuals during some of their most difficult moments. These experiences deepened my belief in the transformative power of therapy and in every person's capacity for positive growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of us experience self-doubt or struggle with anxiety at different points in our lives. Whether you're facing a life transition, managing anxious thoughts and feelings, or working to rebuild your self-esteem, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a plan that feels both achievable and empowering.
