I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years. I worked with teens and adults. I have worked with different forms of therapy techniques. I have experience working with clients with trauma, substance use, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health issues. I also work with clients with Christian beliefs using Christian principles upon request only. I would love to be able to assist you with your healing journey. She shares, understands, encouraging. Knows what works for me and let's me know when I've done good. Keeps me on the right path, but understands when I don't quite get it. She makes me encouraged enough to keep trying and to allow myself time to get things done so I don't wear myself out.
