(she/her)
I provide a calm, collaborative space for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or feeling stuck who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is thoughtful and reflective, helping clients explore patterns, build self-awareness, and gain clarity about what matters most to them. I do not provide psychological evaluations, disability/FMLA documentation, emotional support animal letters, or medication management.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns as well as different areas of your life, including your background, relationships, experiences, and overall well-being. This helps me better understand the bigger picture and identify an approach that fits your needs.
One of my strengths is creating a calm, genuine space where clients can explore themselves with honesty and curiosity. My style is thoughtful, attentive, and collaborative. I help clients identify patterns, gain new perspectives, and develop a clearer understanding of themselves so they can make intentional choices moving forward.
I work best with adults who are curious about themselves and interested in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and patterns more deeply. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or feeling stuck despite appearing to function well on the outside. They value reflection, personal growth, and a collaborative approach to creating change in their lives with greater confidence and clarity.
