Do you want change but are skeptical about receiving therapy? Changes in our lives can be intimidating, especially when we're uncertain about how to resolve our issues or about who to trust for assistance. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and (OEF) "Operation Enduring Freedom" Marine Corps Veteran, I not only understand this struggle but have successfully treated various clients who used to feel that same way. Furthermore, I've also learned that more than one approach is often necessary to effectively resolve multiple issues a client may be facing, which is why I use an Integrative Therapy approach. This effective multimodal-approach does the following: 1) Employs various interventions and strategies from multiple psychological perspectives 2) Allows clients the benefit of experiencing a tailor-made treatment that helps address primary and unique concerns they're experiencing and 3) Inclusively treats challenges from various angles so that underlying issues can be resolved in a supportive environment. As we work as a team, you will gain the tools, insight, and support needed to strengthen your resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and unlock your full potential. Through growth, mindfulness, and perseverance, you will become more empowered to overcome challenges, achieve meaningful goals, and create a healthier, more fulfilling quality of life.
My objective is for my clients to leave their sessions feeling respected, heard, understood, and hopeful with more insight and empowerment. Together we will work as a team to explore and set goals that will help them to not only overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations, but also reach their full potential that will lead them to a better quality of life!

Even if friends, colleagues, or family members have informed you that they've gone through the same types of challenges and have sometimes described their experiences as even worse than yours, everyone is affected by things differently, and those experiences can impact us in unique, incomparable ways that doesn't make your experience any less hurtful or challenging than theirs. Because of this, I utilize techniques from multiple psychological approaches to customize treatment plans that address the distinct needs, experiences, situations and challenges of each one my clients. In this regard, I utilize the following evidence-based approaches: (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy, Christian Counseling, Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Gottman's Method Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) , Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to name a few.
