Clients say this provider is
I’m a licensed therapist with 13 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, cultural identity, and life transitions. I’m a Marriage, Family, and Couples Ph.D. candidate and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and narrative therapy to create care that fits each client’s unique needs. As a Pakistani American and Muslim therapist, I understand the important role that culture, family, faith, and identity can play in mental health. I am fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we’ll begin to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals while giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and create a comfortable foundation for our work together.
I bring 13 years of clinical experience, a culturally responsive perspective, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client as a whole person. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Marriage, Family, and Couples Ph.D. candidate, I combine trauma-informed care with an integrative, evidence-based approach. I am warm, direct, and collaborative, helping clients gain insight while developing practical strategies they can use in everyday life. As a Pakistani American and Muslim therapist fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, I also understand how culture, family, faith, and identity can shape mental health and relationships.
My ideal clients are adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, cultural identity, trauma, or major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught between personal goals, family expectations, culture, and relationships. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including immigrant and South Asian communities, who value a supportive, culturally responsive space where they can feel understood, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I use an integrative approach and select evidence-based strategies based on each client’s individual needs and goals. With CBT, I help clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how these patterns may affect their daily lives. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, develop more balanced perspectives, and practice practical coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
