As a licensed psychotherapist in California, I have been working in the field for over 25 years. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy. I am here to empower both women and men who struggle with anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression. I have also incorporated the use of journaling, art, and sandtray therapy into my practice.
Our first session will be to discuss and identify any presenting challenges you may be facing. That way I can attempt to create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As a clinician, I am responsive and empathetic to your needs as a client. I will make sure that we have established what the root cause is in order to make some measurable progress in future sessions.

Grateful to have my sessions with Angelique, not everyone is a good fit, but i got really lucky. Excited to learn techniques, skills, and tools to navigate life's challenges. Working on myself has never been a priority and now that it is, i am very happy to have Angelique in my corner guiding me.
