I am a licensed Certified Social Worker with several years of experience working from a broad range of populations including intensive family therapy, Domestic Violence, interpersonal family and relationship conflicts, structured IOP addiction program, crisis management, and outpatient services. I have experience working with individuals with serious trauma history, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders and personality disorders. I utilize multiple treatment modalities to best help a client, and tailor it to their own lifestyle and mental health needs. I utilize CBT, Narrative therapy, solution focused, DBT as my main. I constantly research and learn more ways to help clients, I never want a problem to go unsolved.
