I want to connect with those who are seeking support through challenges they may be facing. I work with adults who are struggling with effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, and other issues. I work to provide a safe, calm, validating and non-judgmental presence when working with individuals. Whatever situation you find yourself facing, you have value and worth. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the first session, I usually let you take the lead in sharing what is going on in your life, and what challenges you are facing. I want to spend time getting to know you and seeing if we are a good fit to work together.

I have worked with clients over the past several years on many different issues, but have found that I provide quality care to those dealing with anxiety and depression, those dealing with effects from trauma, grief, and other life stressors such as moving, breakups, and other changes.
