What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will introduce ourselves to one another, and spend some of the time putting together a brief history of what’s led you to seek therapy today. after that, we will also decide what it is you would like to address. Finally, we can set a couple of goals to work toward!
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I’m an integrative therapist, which means that I draw on my knowledge and experience of different modalities to craft individual treatment plans for my clients. Topics discussed each week depend upon the needs of my client. They may include subjects such as self image, healthy boundaries, changing relationships, family life, emotional intimacy, sex, career, and the workplace environment.
