Beginning therapy is generally a decision that has been contemplated and carefully considered for quite some time. It requires an incredible amount of courage to take that first step and face what is no longer working in your life. As a therapist, I believe in providing a warm and welcoming environment in which clients are able to discover the strength they did not know they had and develop the skills and resources needed to achieve the goals they hope to achieve. I completed my BA in Psychology at Cal State University Northridge and my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch Los Angeles. I have a certificate in health coaching and I live in Ventura, California. I love being outdoors and in the sun. Website: www.cherigarzamft@gmail.com Email: cherigarzamft@gmail.com

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will review complete intake assessment and explore your specific challenges which lead you to reach out for support. We will discuss treatment plan and best tools to support you moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist I believe my greatest strengths are in listening and understanding the unique struggles of the individual and supporting their growth with patience and care.
