My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through CBT I can assist you with the development of healthy coping skills to address your challenges. CBT encourages an understanding of how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and actions. I have been trained in the use of CBT and Mindfulness from the onset of my career over twenty years ago.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Through the use of mindfulness-based techniques I assist the individual with development of capacity to use mindfulness to focus. observe, and live in the moment. Mindfulness will provoke growth in personal awareness and lead to appreciation of the here and now, allowing for addressing one thing at a time and giving it your full attention. I have been trained in the use of CBT and Mindfulness from the onset of my career over twenty years ago.
