Hello I'm Angelina. Are you feeling frustrated, irritable , and mad at the world? Are you ready to feel at peace, and proud of the way you are living your everyday life? We all have challenges in life, and sometimes additional support is necessary. No matter how small or overwhelming the challenge I approach treatment from a place of non judgment to identify the root of problems as opposed to offering a temporary fix. During our first session I will take time to get to know you. I will ask about your past experiences with therapy, and what you want to accomplish during our tome together. A short assessment will also be conducted to identify any past trauma so I am better able to support you. Follow-up sessions will be used to continue building the therapeutic relationship, and begin working towards positive change. Together I can support you in identifying stressors, and learning healthy coping mechanisms to support long term wellbeing. I take time to learn about client's personalities, strengths , and specific areas of focus. Together we can identify tools to address symptoms of anxiety, depression and substance use. My goal is to collaborate with you. And create an individualized plan that can support you in becoming the best version of yourself. Let's talk, I am here to support!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session clients will have the opportunity to ask questions about treatment modalities, and administrative concerns. The counselor will inquire about past experiences and goals for treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to process emotions and identify solutions. I understand that clients are the experts on themselves, this provides an opportunity for clinical and personal collaboration.
