I have 15 years of experience as a Mental Health professional specializing in Adults with serious mental illness, crisis counseling, and treating children, individuals and families. I have experience with treating anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, depression, schizophrenia, communication skills training, and working with autism spectrum children/adults. I also practice using CBT, DBT, ABA/play therapy, and client-centered modalities or treatment. some of my work experience dealt with clinical case management and skills with social service resources. Along with my private practice, I work full-time with United Healthcare. I also offer Saturday appointments as well as after-work hours for weekdays.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Expect to talk about your sis, and what you are looking to get out of treatment. I will let you know my excessive cancelation policies, and what I can not do as far as legal requirements, etc. I will also inform you the costs of required letters, etc.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working with children, families and working with PTSD/ anxiety. I also incorporate play therapy with kiddos which strengthens the therapeutic bond

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with all clients from adolescents to retired. I love working with people who are dealing with anxiety and depression primarily, because of my part time status its harder for me to wok with people who need higher level treatment.
