Hello! I'm a licensed therapist based in Michigan. I received my Masters from Eastern Michigan University in 2004 and have been practicing since then. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker since 1995. I very much love what I do, helping people learn how to help themselves. I have a rich experience across the board, working in homes, community settings, hospital settings, office and on the streets with the homeless. I am skilled in treating a wide variety of mental health issues.

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, parents, grief, domestic violence, substance misuse, and depression. I am certified in infant mental health and perinatal mental health. I have experience helping a variety of individuals and I’m sure together we can conquer whatever is causing you distress or what you are needing to process. We are all on this earth together and we need each other. I believe therapy should be a sounding board to help you work through your thoughts and feelings.
