Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (GA), Certified Master Addiction Counselor (GA), and an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) approved supervisor candidate. I received my Masters from Capella University in Minnesota and have been practicing for 5 years. I help clients struggling with personal and professional stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that brought you in. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-on sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have an ability to connect and build a great rapport with my clients. I enjoy doing this by using humor, genuine curiosity, care, and respect of each individual. Through empathy, active listening, relaxation exercises, narrative and experiential therapies, clients are able to identify the root cause of their challenges.
