I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples and young adults for the past 13 years. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to process their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My focus is to help support building skillfulness in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, reducing maladaptive behaviors that may lead to self harm, suicidal acts/ideations, depressed mood, anxiety, helplessness/hopelessness.
