Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters from Argosy University and have been practicing for over 7 years. I have many years of experience treating adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach. I help adolescents from 15 -18 years old, young adults, adults, older adults struggling with various mental health challenges and burnout to become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I'm passionate about exploring your story with you at your own pace, with the strengths, insights, and spirituality that are important to you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe while our minds carry our emotional stress, our bodies do, too. My passion is helping my clients resolve deeper problems hidden beneath the current patterns.
