It humbles me to be able to walk alongside people who want more for their lives. The people who want to know themselves better and live more authentically in this world. Doing new and difficult things is hard. You are not alone on this journey. Traveling these hard roads myself, it has become my life’s work to help other people overcome their wounds and reveal the truth about who they are. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be a gentle discussion about your intake and assessments. Gathering information and building relationship. It’s important for you to feel like this is a good fit. And if not that’s OK too. It’s all about your needs, feeling comfortable and at peace with the process. Therapy can be intimidating. I've been there and am very aware of that awkwardness in the beginning. We will get through it together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love all the unique stories that define the people I get to work with. I want to know you. Even the messy parts of you. I hope to create a safe space for you to be yourself and to feel seen and heard. I try to meet people right where they are.

Trauma Informed Care

Being a truama informed therapist provides an understanding of not what’s wrong with someone but what’s happened to them. Allowing compassion and kindness to be present is key.
