After your first session during which I will gather Biopsychosocial data, I will create a treatment plan which I will go over with you in your next session. You are welcome to provide your input, we will work together to identify your strengths and utilize that in our sessions.
I utilize Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic therapy and Solution-focused Therapy. For children, I utilize interactive activities to help them focus and manage impulsive behavior.
