Hi, my name is Francoise. Do you struggle with setting boundaries and engaging in meaningful relationships? Do you battle with finding balance in your life? We will use different evidence-based techniques that address a variety of symptoms to fit your need.
In our first session together, we will start with a brief introduction, then explore your challenges and needs. This will help me create a plan with you during our time together.
The treatment methods and tools used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, strength based, anger management, behavior reinforcement, exposure therapy, diversity, and cognitive restructuring.
My greatest strength is the ability to connect with my clients on a personal level while remaining non-judgmental. This allows clients to understand that they can trust me and the care they will receive. I problem solve with overachieving individuals who have difficulties creating and maintaining boundaries in their life.
