I’m a therapist who’s all about helping people break free from the cycles of anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors that can take over their lives. Using effective techniques like CBT, ERP, and HRT, I work with clients to make real, lasting changes in how they think, feel, and manage day-to-day challenges. My goal is to give people the tools they need to move forward confidently and build a life they feel good about. I’m here to make the process as practical and approachable as possible, so you can feel empowered to create meaningful change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll take the time to get a clear, detailed picture of what’s bringing you in and what you want to achieve. We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment, where I’ll ask questions to understand your current challenges, your history, and any patterns that are affecting your well-being. This helps me get a full understanding of your unique needs so we can tailor a plan that feels right for you. Once I have a sense of where you’re coming from, I’ll walk you through the therapy approach I use, whether that’s CBT, ERP, HRT, or a blend of techniques based on your goals. I’ll explain why these methods work and what you can expect from treatment, so you have a solid understanding of how we’ll approach things together. By the end of the session, you’ll have clarity on how therapy will support your journey, and we’ll outline some initial steps to get started on creating real change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider is my warmth, practical approach, and commitment to creating real change for clients. I feel I have a talent for making complex therapeutic techniques like CBT, ERP, and HRT feel approachable and empowering, helping clients feel confident and in control as they work through their challenges. Clients tell me that they can sense my genuine empathy, and that makes it easy for them to open up and trust the process. I feel I am skilled at helping people set achievable goals and giving them tangible tools that make a lasting impact in their daily lives. This blend of compassion, structure, and effectiveness sets me apart and enables clients to see real progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it’s practical, hands-on, and gets results for people dealing with hoarding, depression, and OCD. CBT gives you real tools to understand and shift the patterns that keep you stuck—whether that’s the emotional pull to hold onto things, the cycle of negative thoughts in depression, or the anxiety-driven habits of OCD. With CBT, you’ll work on specific, achievable steps to feel more in control and start seeing change. It’s about helping you build a healthier mindset and a better quality of life, one manageable step at a time.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) to help clients make powerful changes in managing OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors. ERP is incredibly effective for OCD because it gradually reduces the anxiety tied to obsessive thoughts by guiding you through safe, controlled exposure to those fears—without giving in to the compulsions. It’s a proven way to build resilience and break free from the cycle of OCD. For body-focused behaviors like skin-picking or hair-pulling, HRT works by helping you become more aware of the triggers and teaching specific skills to replace those habits with healthier responses. This structured approach puts you back in the driver’s seat, giving you real control and lasting relief from behaviors that may have felt overwhelming.
