Hello, my name is Giannina, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with more than 20 years of experience. I am firm believer that any individual with the right tools can overcome any type of challenge in their life, that is why my trademark is "Steer towards hope." I am committed and very passionate about helping clients find the hope they need to move forward. Throughout my many years of working with different individuals, families and couples, I guide my clients to break patterns and vicious cycles of depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, various addictions, fear, grief and anxiety among other trials that life brings our way. In order to meet my client's needs in the best way possible, my approach towards therapy is to apply a humanistic, integrative and evidence-based approach. The treatments I provide mainly consist of CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I can only tell you, this journey in which we will focus on your strengths, the solutions not the problems, and reaching your full potential will make all the difference in your life.
